ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
Orders for purchases without VAT number are processed within 24/48 working hours.
Orders for purchases with VAT number are processed within 7 working days.
If the products are in stock, shipping times are 24/48 working hours.

ORDER DELIVERY TIMES
For purchases without VAT number (non-professional clients), shipments are made via GLS courier, with an estimated delivery time of 24-72 working hours, depending on location. If the delivery address is in a remote area, delivery times may be extended.
For purchases with VAT number (professional clients), shipments are made via De Georgio Trasporti courier, with an estimated delivery time of 48-96 working hours, depending on location. If the delivery address is in a remote area, delivery times may be extended.


SHIPPING COSTS
For purchases without VAT number (non-professional clients), shipping costs are:€2.99 for orders equal to or under €49.99. Free shipping for orders over €49.99.
For purchases with VAT number (professional clients), shipping costs are: €10.00 + VAT for orders up to €250.00 + VAT - €8.00 + VAT for orders between €250.00 and €350.00 + VAT - €5.00 + VAT for orders between €350.00 and €500.00 + VAT - Free shipping (carriage paid) for orders over €500.00 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
For buyers without a VAT number:
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day the Buyer or a third party (other than the appointed carrier) takes physical possession of the last item.
To this end, the buyer may use the form available in their personal account to initiate the return process."
