GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
The terms and conditions set forth below (the “General Terms and Conditions of Sale”) form an integral part of the contracts entered into between AVITABILE NAPOLEONE SRL and the Buyer for the supply of products. The General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all transactions between AVITABILE NAPOLEONE SRL and the Buyer without the need for an express reference or a specific agreement at the time of each individual transaction. Any different condition or term shall apply only if expressly requested in writing by the Seller.

OFFERS & ORDERS
Our offers are not to be considered binding, especially with regard to quantities, prices, and delivery times. Orders placed by the Buyer are not considered accepted until confirmed with proof of payment. Orders and/or order changes made verbally or by phone must be confirmed in writing by the Buyer. Otherwise, AVITABILE NAPOLEONE SRL assumes no responsibility for any errors or misunderstandings. PAYMENT METHODS
The accepted payment methods for non-professional purchases (without VAT number) are: Credit Card, PayPal, and Cash on Delivery.
The accepted payment methods for professional purchases (with VAT number) are: Bank Transfer with 7% discount; Advance Bank Transfer (to be made within 5 working days); and payment methods already linked to the customer’s professional profile as agreed with the company.


SHIPPING & DELIVERY
ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
Orders for non-professional purchases (without VAT number) are processed within 24/48 working hours.
Orders for professional purchases (with VAT number) are processed within 7 working days. If the products are available in stock, shipping times are 24/48 working hours.
ORDER DELIVERY TIMES
For non-professional purchases (without VAT number), shipments are made via GLS courier with estimated delivery in 24–72 working hours depending on the destination. If the delivery address is in a remote area, delivery times may be longer.
For professional purchases (with VAT number), shipments are made via De Georgio Trasporti courier with estimated delivery in 48–96 working hours depending on the location. Deliveries to Sicily or remote areas may experience longer delivery times.  
SHIPPING COSTS
For non-professional purchases (without VAT number), shipping costs are €2.99 for orders equal to or less than €49.99. For orders over €49.99, shipping costs are included.
For professional purchases (with VAT number), the shipping costs are as follows:

• up to 100kg: €9.99
• over 100kg: €14.99

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
For buyers without a VAT number: the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without providing any reason, within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the Buyer or a third party, other than the designated carrier, acquires physical possession of the last item.

Our offices are open from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM and from 1:30 PM to 5:00 PM.
