The personal data indicated on this page are processed by the Controller for the performance of the contract or, in the absence of a contract, for the Controller’s legitimate interest in free economic initiative (pursuant to Art. 41 of the Italian Constitution).

4. Recipients and transfers

Data may be disclosed to:
• authorised personnel of the Controller;
• IT service providers, hosting and website maintenance providers;
• banking institutions and payment processors;
• couriers and shipping agents;
• consultants (accountants, legal advisors) as strictly necessary.
Any transfers outside the EU will comply with Articles 44–49 GDPR (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses).
 

5. Retention period

• 10 years for tax/accounting data;
• for the entire duration of the contractual relationship for order-related data;
• 24 months for marketing data;
• 12 months for profiling data;
